I placed an order on 11/30/19. Never received a response or my order. This was for my sister's birthday. I am so upset. Will NEVER do this again... sorry to hear this is a scam company...
I wrote this message to this c**p company, cant even submit the dispute...there is an error when trying to click the submit button obviously lol.This message is in reference to order # 10494 placed October 8th for $41.90 for a Jack Skellington Scentsy warmer. First of all, your site should be more direct in letting customers know where you outsource your products from and how long it will be before they should expect them. I ordered this package October 8th expecting a few weeks not a few months, this was supposed to be a birthday gift back in October! Anyhow I received my package last night (12/11), opened it up in excitement because this was supposed to be for my girlfriend and she really wanted a Jack Scentsy warmer only to be very disappointed.Before I even got the package open, it says "Night Light" so that is EXACTLY what it is. It is NOT a Jack Scentsy warmer at all, its made of plastic not ceramic, takes batteries instead of plugs in and was also broken when I received it! I watched 2 separate unboxing videos of real Jack Scentsy warmer being opened. Mine is even missing Zero on the back! I feel as if I have been mislead by your website, NOBODY would pay $41. 90 for a night light. I have a night light at home I pad $3 for that works just fine. Unfortunately, I overpaid for this one. I feel that this is bad business misleading customers. I will be waiting for a reply on what your company is willing to do to fix this problem. Thank you and have a great day.
FAKE FAKE FAKE SITE! Im also glad I paid through my paypal account ... I have filed a dispute, hopefully I will get my money reimbursed, once again if it sounds too good to be true ... IT IS! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE > FAke as heck!

Luckyhomie is a complete scam of a website. A class action lawsuit should be filed over this. Their phone line is constantly set to a busy dial tone. They never answer e-mails and give fake tracking numbers. I'm guessing all the product reviews on that site are BS.

This company showed up as UreashI Pte Ltd in my PayPal. I have yet to receive my order. Requesing a refund. Wish I looked them up before I placed the order
