Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website and who are unable to get a refund, are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

I got my boots but wish I hadn't! The quality is TERRIBLE! Will never wear the product.Frustrated with myself for buying in a moment of haste.
This company is a scam. They took my money and keep giving me the run around as to when I will receive my boots. After a month and a half, I'm tired of waiting and requested a refund. No refund was given. I can't even find the company on the BBB in order to report them. This company needs to be sued. Class action. I clicked on the site from an ad on Facebook. There are so many complaints on Facebook with the exact same experience.
