Five minutes after I placed the order, I emailed them to cancel order. They said it was only in freight. I contacted PayPal and that was a joke. Three weeks later, I was provided a tracking number - the item arrived today but it's way smaller than described (by size ofbox). I wont open it - plan to throw away. Came in ripped boxes and poor quality nothing like pics. -paypalsucks. I didnt get almost 1,400 in stuff I purchased for Christmas from what I found out later was a Chinese company. They closed the case and I never got one call. Furnished them with proof of all my emails. So I drilled down on their response that I found and clearly one of the 3 boxes was delivered to Encino!!! Pay pal had that information and failed to check. The shipper discoverone.com refused to give me all labels and would reply with bullsh**t responses like we ship it all so sorry and check your post office!! Wait isnt it their job to get it to my door. A day after xmas their website was down and -PayPal was told I was missing majority of my order. Not one call, clearly didnt check the labels as they would have noted one box for sure didnt get to me. Someone had a cool xmas for sure!! Box full of gadgets and electronics for free and I paid for it!!! the company Discoverer One are crooks. The quality of the stuff was junk anyway and what I received in the two boxes I got were items in torn boxes and prodicts were shipped loose. I sent -paypal a video showing me open the box cause they arrived 2 months after I ordered them and I was concerned and the packaging was damaged and stuff was like used and pay pal still sided with seller. I AM IN SHOCK. THIS ENCOURAGES THESE CROOKS TO DO IT AGAIN. WAY TO GO PAY PAL. I AM NOT STOPPING TILL MY MONEY IS RETURNED AND I WILL POST THESE TRUE REVIEWS EVERYWHERE I CAN. please share because this company is a scam! Pay pal is even worse. They had the Info and didn't bother reviewing it.
