My account has been charged and the only message I received when claiming my order, was that the parcel had been delivered a week ago. I received a few emails notifying me that my order had been despatched. I even received a tracking no. but no tracking link. I have sent several emails claiming a solution, but so far without any reply. The contact phone no. doesn’t answer either. I will never purchase through this company again!
