I'm in California and they say my order was delivered to PA which was to ab address I gave them and told me to check my order. This company was flashing pictures of the Garden kneeler and seat all over face-book. Actually two for the price of one. Great Deal? Huh! Well, I said great and ordered in May. Trying to track your order with them is like being in a mouse maze. I sent them an email in June to cancel my order, taking too long. They tried to blame on COVID 19. I said no because found out that Amazon had some in stock.I contacted my credit card company and told them to cancel the order and get my money back. Since then, Annjolies sent me a package in the mail with two tool pouches. No bench/kneel r anywhere.My Credit card company is working on getting my money refunded. I should have checked the status of this company and would have found this out. Better to deal with Amazon or Walmart, companies you know, can trust, and give you legislate dates for getting your purchase.
