My mum also got scammed from the same email , it was not this website. It was www.playbowls.co.nz , we wanted an Elsa bike for my daughter's birthday. Site gone now.... Huge operations with many websites going around... With different country links.... Unbelievable especially at Christmas time and the hardship people have faced. Disgraced

I’ve had the same issue, bought an item from the website www.heritagebuildsbridges.org.uk got an email and tracking number from the email address xinlin56-outlook.com, I have checked the tracking number with USPS and it doesn’t have my name or address on the package, I’m in the UK and it’s being delivered to Chicago in the states. I think the only resolution is to take this up with my bank for them to hopefully refund me as obviously the email address is not replying to any of my messages.

Me too! After ordering I got an email from the same person. It was a ‘secure’ checkout so are they just hoping you forget you ordered and never charge it back?

I ordered a doll for my daughter off the website www.shakerattlenbowl.com.au. Got the email reply from xinlin56-outlook.com to say my order had been processed and tracking number provided. USPS tracking shows it being delivered to an address in Oklahoma however I don't live in US. I live in Australia. I contacted USPS via Facebook and the agent confirmed it was not my name or address on the parcel. I have emailed this address multiple times to ask for a refund and don't get a reply. Definitely a scam.

No, the store is untrustworthy. Never rely on a security certificate to determine if a website is legit. All websites come with a security certificate because they are now cheap. And, security certificate only encrypts the data between your browser and your computer, they can determine if the website is legit.
