SCAM. Had a HUGE issue getting a refund from Paypal for my order. They must have a connection at UPS because they come up with a valid tracking number for an item sent out around your order time to someone in your city, state. The item isn't sent by them and goes to somebody else and is a valid tracking number, just not for what you ordered. Paypal only cares about a valid tracking number to your city as proof of delivery and denied my claim. I had to contact UPS and request a proof of delivery notification showing the tracking information was not delivered to my address. Paypal claims to have investigated it but did nothing to actually investigate. Had they asked for the simple proof of delivery that I had to get FOR them they would have seen the proof that the tracking information was false. I got lucky getting that proof of delivery because I was neither the seller or recipient of the item and was told that I could not have it the first time. Got lucky the second time I called and they emailed me the document so I could provide it to Paypal as proof. It still took me getting the case reopened TWICE to get a refund. So much for Paypal offering an extra layer of protection.

SCAM! Shipped by UPS to a so called office and received by a so called person in my city and not my home address. Email complaint was not responded by them because it was not delivered. Telephone Number listed on their site does not work.

It is a scam. What they do is ship an order to your city and zip code. My guess is they ship a box with something to make weight. They ship to an address that the UPS driver will leave outside so the proof of delivery will show delivered. So when you try to fight it they can produce a proof of delivery. (they will never respond to your inquiries). I was able to get the address and get my money back but UPS's policy prohibits them from telling you so unless you can get this you will not get your money back. THEY ARE A SCAM. STAY AWAY.

I ordered a boardgame from this website that isn't available anywhere else. It was listed at 1/2 retail cost. They spoofed the tracking number. The package was sent to my town around the same time but with a different shipper and different recipient. Their claims department address is undeliverable.

Scam - do not order. They will say they shipped it but it will not be addressed to you and you will never get it.

Ordered a pack and pay; said it was shipped; not even the address that is on my PayPal account, so I never received it

Ordered a toy on the 15th, they said it was shipped to wrong address not even associated with my PayPal. Contacted ups, usps , they say seller gave them wrong address, how? Filed claim with PayPal because the number is disconnected for the business the contact us link doesn't work and they won't respond to my email

I have the EXACT same situation. Also ordered on the 15th, shipped to the wrong address, UPS confirmed it was "delivered" to another address. So disappointing. Hopefully PayPal refunds us both.
