I ordered 6 very cute cat masks in July. I received them. Lost one. Would love to reorder it. Sorry to hear about all of the problems. Just wanted everyone to know that sometimes it worked outright.

I got scammed by this company as well. I saw an ad for masks on fb and I decided to get one that looked like the tattoo I have. I asked if these were made in the US and I was told yes. I ordered them and waited for an email to be sent to say they were shipped. Nothing. I decided to reach out to them to see if they had sent them yet. I received an email from them in very poor English and I replied and stated that I was wary of them and that I would be reporting them to our police fraud dept. The next email they sent said the product had been sent and gave me a tracking number which didn’t work. The masks arrived and weren’t what I ordered. I sent another email and they asked me to send a picture of the mask which I did. Next email they sent me saying it was what I ordered which I replied with a screen shot of my order. This morning an email says Dear customer
I am so sorry
This is what u ordered
Please keep it and check your order
And we could give u a nice discount in your next order for causing the trouble to you
Best wishes
Again poor English and message doesn’t make sense.
Nice discount? No I want what I ordered and at no cost.

it said that my mask was delivered today. Well that would have been great but it said it was delivered in Sweden. I live in Canada. I've contacted them, will see if they reply.

I ordered a Deep Sea watch in May. Watch arrived first of August and is defective, will not wind minute and second hands bind up,watch will not run. Company gives me the run around asking me for videos (sent) loading videos to YouTube and repeating problem. They do not intend to help. Sending all info to US Customs.

Do NOT order from OgashI store. I order 2 summer sun hats from them over 2 months ago and all I have gotten for my money is the run- around. $37 gone. And even with communication they have not refunded my money.
Same your energy and your money! They are a SCAM!

I also got pumped by this dodgey company
They advertised a Citizen Pro Master divers watch which I ordered. What arrived was a cheap no-name watch that has loose hands and stops every day at 10.50. Pay Pal is not much better at trying to retrieve my money. 6 weeks and still no refund.
Don't buy anything from them
VERY VERY DODGEY

I ordered a Citizen Pro Master from their Facebook ad and received a Ben Nevis, poor quality, replica. My PayPal receipt shows the model does not match what they sent me but, they said they sent me the correct watch....they are total scammers.

I have been scammed by ogashi.....they advertised a gents citizen eco pro master divers watch for £38 what I recieved eventually was something called a kingnuos worth about 50p. I did contact them by email but of course they told me that was the watch ordered...I took photo shots of the watch and confirmation order but it had no pic of the watch, just a description, my next step is PayPal but they don't seem to be open.. every time I call I get automated voice telling me there's nobody there due to Corona.....this is another reason to stop buying Chinese...
