    SCAM SCAM SCAM

I ordered a Kitchen shelf and received a plastic "thing". When I ordered it was from a company called Filybuy and the original email address was not from Goldwright. I found out it was them after I complained about the item I received.

They offered me to refund 50% of the price paid. The item came from an address in Chino, CA but in order to get a refund I needed to send the item to China.

    • June 23, 2020 at 11:15 PM by an anonymous user from: Fitzroy, Victoria, Australia

I also ordered and received the same item as you. I have put it in the hands of Paypal, and I also have contacted the company who says they will give me half the money paid if I agree. No way known will I accept that. They also want me to pay to return the crappy 20cent toy, which will cost me near $10 to return to the interstate warehouse. They are also now trading as Blitzcrank store, Biwo, Pony.1...so I think I might never get a resolution. Did you get a refund?

  • June 11, 2020 at 12:45 PM by an anonymous user from: Manchester, England, United Kingdom

I ordered a motorised bodyboard re a Facebook advert. I received a child’s size piece of foam. When I complained they offered a 50% refund, and when I said no I want a full refund as this is obviously a scam, they have today offered a 70% refund or I send this back to China (they have stated that if it gets damaged returning to China then I won’t get anything). Blatant scam, buyers beware!

Tried to contact Facebook as I still have the video and they say the video doesn’t violate their standards! There is nowhere to tell them what’s happened anywhere on their system - it’s a farce!

I bought 2 x adjustable dumbells for $ 39,99 and after a few days I got an email the goods were shipped. Tracking information did not work and until today there was no tracking information given. I bought my goods at ABC Shop and paid by creditcard.

Today the package finally was delivered and insteasd of receiving 2 adjustable dumbells of 24 kg each, I received two platic dumbells which can be filled with water or sand weighing 88 grams each and probably did not cost mor than $ 0,50...so I also have been scammed by these ...

address from wgere the items were shipped:

    Daibo

I have also been scammed by this company (who is now doing business as Huuddy.store). I ordered a $35 item and received a 10 cent (if that) cat blanket instead. I reached out to "customer service" and was told no refund would be given. After going back and forth I've gotten them up to a 70% refund if I agree to pay to return the blanket. Yeah right. At this point, I'm going to go after Alibaba as they hold the registration to the websites. I don't even care about getting my money at this point...I just want to see them shut down!

  • June 1, 2020 at 8:22 PM by an anonymous user from: Jamaica, New York, United States

They first sent me a tracker that showed the product going to every state around me, then back to the seller. I contacted PayPal who said I had to contact the seller. I did. They sent me another tracker that does not work. I tried to escalate it with Paypal, but they did nothing. I hope these guys choke on their stolen money.

  • May 22, 2020 at 4:38 AM by an anonymous user from: Corby, England, United Kingdom

    They are Scammers!

I also purchased in April the Porfit All-In-1 Smart Gym from Facebook company name JD Gray, only having to have received a cheap yellow stretch resistance band.

The company website has now closed so you are unable to access them on line.

As per Paypal instructions to first contact seller, I have emailed the customer service email address to request a full refund, still await a reply and yet to dispute the case with Paypal as I have to wait six months for the seller to respond!

  • May 22, 2020 at 3:24 AM by an anonymous user

so someone from this company replied to me and said they would issue a refund if I cancelled the PayPal dispute hahaha. if they refund me the dispute is closed anyway...they're so dodgy.

  • May 20, 2020 at 3:48 AM by an anonymous user from: Frankfurt am Main, Hesse, Germany

Was anyone able to get refund for this company? I ordered the portable gym as well but didn't receive anything. I received an email from the saying I'd get a refund but obviously nothing back.

I've opened a dispute with paypal but have to wait until next month. has anyone actually had a refund through paypal or am I wasting my time even trying?

  • May 18, 2020 at 8:12 AM by an anonymous user from: Aberdeen, Scotland, United Kingdom

I purchased a PORFIT ALL IN ONE GYM from Facebook...one of these ads that pop up. It all seemed legit. waited over a month for a tiny resistance band that I could probably purchase for a pound shop. I have been scammed! raging and they don't even give a toss

  • May 18, 2020 at 7:23 AM by an anonymous user from: Wood Green, England, United Kingdom

I ordered a portible gym from the company and jot only did it take over a month to get to me and loads of emails asking where it was BU when I got it it wasn't portable gym like in the video or pictures it was simply a £2.00 resistant band.

Then when I asked for my money back the offered me 50% money back and ignored the fact that they had robbed me so I took it to paypal and they offered a full refund of I sent the resistant band back and they sent me the address only it was in Chinese and I cant read or write chinese so I told paypal and they offered me 70% refund.

So now I'm stick with 70% of the money a sh**t resistant band and I've also lost the delivery charge, on the same week I ordered this gym. I also ordered a foldable picnic table and with in the same week instead of a picnic table. I got a packet of face masks to protect against carona virus

  • May 18, 2020 at 6:37 AM by an anonymous user from: Oldham, England, United Kingdom

Ordered a multI home workout system and recieved a rubber band with 3 pieces of foam on it. €33.00! Complained and they refunded 70%. This is beyond a joke and Facebook are advertising their products! What are our options for collectively taking these scum bags down?

Same story here. Instead of advertised product, I was sent s tacky resistance band! What's more once I asked for my money back they said if I'm not willing to send that rubbish back they can only return 50%! As I couldn't be bothered to send it back I agreed. They told me money will be send back IMMEDIATELY, which in their understanding is 5 days. It's over 10 days now and I still haven't seen my money...

    Freaking joke!

  • May 15, 2020 at 5:23 AM by an anonymous user from: Cannock, England, United Kingdom

  • May 14, 2020 at 8:48 AM by an anonymous user from: Irving, Texas, United States

I ordered two different items...over two months ago. Exercise equipment and kitchen shelves. I’ve not received either one of these items. I’ve emailed back and forth... they said someone signed for them. Nope.. I’ve been home EVERYDAY. Last I check. We will check on your orders. That was a week ago.. no product nor response or refund. These products are not labeled “gold Wright “ just pop ups on Facebook. Facebook needs to regulate all these SCAMS.

I ordered an item from their online store. Firstly any contact with the supplier was limited, the item was almost 4 weeks late and when it arrived it was completely different from the advertisement. All contact with the supplier was of poor quality and they did not really give me an update. I would avoid completely and I will be contacting my bank for a refund if possible..

I checked their tracking and it says fumbells delivered today.

  • May 11, 2020 at 7:03 AM by an anonymous user from: Southampton, England, United Kingdom

Ordered one pair of adjustable dumbbells in April 2020, package properly tracked, received cheap rubber resistance band in May 2020. Contacted Goldwright/Diamodis, I was offered a 50% refund then told that a full refund would require sending the item to China to be received in perfect condition.

I fear that Goldwright would merely say that the item arrived damaged and refuse the refund.

Paid with Paypal so pursuing refund through them.

I've been buying from China for many years, this is the first time I have had any problem.

Reported this transaction to Trading Standards.

Ordered other keep fit equipment from different companies to Diamodis in April, keeping fingers crossed, hoping to receive items as described and paid for.

    • May 11, 2020 at 11:57 AM by an anonymous user from: Camberley, England, United Kingdom

"Hi, Goldwrightvip is a fake store, do not order from them or any of the sites that pop up on FB with very cheap products. I ordered a toddler gym, at the start there was no tracking service I contacted them and they assured me that it was on the way. Well, a box of Lego arrived and not even Lego some cheap china c**p! So I contacted them and they told me they would refund 50% or if I wanted a full refund I had to send the product back to China which could cost a lot, so I emailed back to ask for a reasonable explanation and they replied they would offer a 70% refund or I could send back to China but because of the pandemic just now it could take some time for a refund. They also said they didn’t send me the product I bought because they can’t use couriers abroad just now. So should they not have contacted me and said this?, instead they have thought it would be ok to send a box of Lego. I am absolutely fuming. I paid £25 they plan to return 70% They are just complete scammers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM."

Is this the same indoor jungle gym product that a lot of you got scammed with? Seems they changed their website name.

    hougui.top/products/gym

    hougui.top goldwritevipstore houguitop hougui.top www.goldwritevip.store

  • May 8, 2020 at 8:59 AM by an anonymous user from: Hawkesbury, Ontario, Canada

Glad I came across this, it seems as if they changed their website name to hougui.top probably because they had such bad reviews and people calling them out for being scammers. Be careful, they might change it again. Very immature and low of them to bring others down, lie, and steal just for their own personal gain. If you want to be truly successful, you have to want to see others succeed too. Rant over.

Ok so reading the comments here I too have been scammed I ordered the complete home gym package, paid for speed delivery a total of 28.00, after 4 weeks received that 1 useless piece of rubber! Now on the stage where I am being offered the 50% refund, have refused.

Now being told by PayPal I have to ship the useless piece to China, not to the place in New Jersey that is on the packing slip. So what ever refund I'm due will be eaten up in shipping fees. Paypal needs to block this seller.

  • April 29, 2020 at 3:29 AM by an anonymous user from: Cannock, England, United Kingdom

Looks like I am not the only fool to have ordered the portable gym.

I also received a resistance band which is worth about £1.99 and cost me £19.99.

Their reply is obviously automated as mine also offered me 50% refund and recommended I keep the item as returning it would be costly.

This company is a total scam yet paypal are not helping, they suggested I was indeed owed a full refund as long as I returned the item to China, which will cost me £6.75.

I wish Trading Standards would intervene and stop these dirty little thieves from operating in the UK

    • April 29, 2020 at 3:32 AM by an anonymous user from: Cannock, England, United Kingdom

Paypal are useless too, they will tell you to return the goods within 7 days or the case is closed. It will cost you a minimum of £6.75 and goldwright will just sell it again to some other poor sap

    • April 27, 2020 at 11:43 AM by an anonymous user from: Brooklyn, Connecticut, United States

Just heads up. PayPal will contact the seller. The seller will then offer 50%. If you decline, PayPal makes you wait 5 days. During this time the seller will offer a full refund if you return the item. The address will be in Chinese. After you google to check whether the glorious Goldwrightvip company is indeed located there, you will find out that there is a completely different company. During this time, the seller will offer 70% by email disincentivizing you to follow through with PayPal. PayPal will tell you that "On our User Agreement Policy, we, buyers are the ones responsible for the return shipping cost." So...

Same here. I have just received an eslatic resistance band which is a useless piece of rubbish. Need to report them . Luckily I paid with PayPal so can open a dispute. Even luckier, I have an office in China near them so I will bet some "friends" to pay them a visit.

This store is a definite RIP OFF

  • April 19, 2020 at 6:00 AM by an anonymous user from: Torquay, England, United Kingdom

I have to say STAY AWAY from Goldwrightvipstore. What the vip stands for is

    V. Very

    I. Ignorant

    P. Pricks

I have emailed them 3x now to chase up an order that I paid for on the 7th April. Guess what? No reply (seeing other views, no surprise there).

Waste of time checking the tracking. There’s never any info.

Luckily, I paid via credit card so at least I will get my refund.

My advice to everyone is to shame these lying, thieving crooks on social media.

I think for me, what I find more irritating is that the whole world is trying to get through this Covid-19 pandemic and we are looking for ways to keep fit, keep up our mental resilience only to find that we another cruel bird called Goldwrightvipstore.

They did not send us the item we ordered (sent something of much less value) and then would not send the item we ordered once we let them know.

They just want to take your money.

Yeah that happened to me as well. I'm trying to find out if we can shut them down.

This happened to me as well although they did respond to say they would refund 50% of what I paid which is a joke because of what they sent me; would have cost them pennies compared to the pounds that I spent ordering a product that doesn't actually seem to exist.

I was also scammed by them but they are using a different website now. https://momentt.store/products/porfit I paid through paypal and currently have an open dispute to try and get my money back. they sent me 2 pink stretchy bands, worth $1 each. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I escalated the dispute through PayPal and submitted a complaint through FTC. We'll see what happens. If you find out more about how to crack down on them, please do let me and all of us know. The more complaints, the better.

Their "business model" is to 1) send you the wrong product, 2) feign the deepest apology and 3) offer 50% for the item. Most people may think this was just bad luck and accept 50%.

You are right, the same to happened to me!

Exactly the same thing happened to me. I emailed them and they said I would get a 50% refund and keep that sh**tty resistance band. If I don't agree I have to send that band to china and then they will issue me a full refund. They also mentioned that it would cost me more to ship that item to china, so encouraged to consider their offer of a 50% refund. Fraud merchant, I don't know where to report against this company.

Made the mistake of ordering from these jerks. Items were not safely packed so all items were damaged. On line site are no longer open. Big mistake.
