Online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

    I bought from this company last year n paid for with my bank card. I ordered a power tool which was a great price. This happened about the time the Covid pandemic started. I was ordering many items from different companies at the time. I never received my tool. I assumed at the time that it was coming from overseas n would take time. I tried calling company but never reached anyone. I also sent an e-mail n again no response. Unfortunately I eventually forgot about order.It just seemed to b to much of a hassle n worry to consume myself with dealing with this! A few days ago,I was going thru pics n my phone n found where I had shapshoted the order confirmation last year So I had ordered but never received. Which I recently thought about power tool because I was needing to use one n then when I came across pic of order n confirmation, I became very agitated thinking about this company getting my money but myself not getting anything except stress n frustration for my money. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT order from this company because u probably will end up without anything!

    Do not buy from this seller they send a cheap item (in my case,Eye Glasses). You contact them and tell them the item you received is not the item ordered. They then message you that they made a shipping error and are sending the correct item. When you contact your Credit card company (CitiBank) they say you need pay to return the item.. Unfortunately it is very expensive to return the item, so you wind up eating the cost of the original item.. And the do not ship the original item ordered..
