They are putting fake reviews, I placed the order didn’t even know it is coming from China, don’t order from US it take forever to get it, leave alone quality of product

Bought a hair straightner that doesnt work 25 dollars down the drain, wont return calls

  • February 1, 2023 at 7:27 AM by an anonymous user from: Redmond, Washington, United States

I ordered an apron from them. It is not waxed canvas, the hammer loops are so small I have a hard time getting a hammer in and out of them. I wore it for one day and the stitching on the pocket is coming apart. It also took about 3 weeks to get it.

They told me I could not return it because I used it.

Do not by an apron from them. I just bought one from Hudson. High quality, American made, and 10 dollars cheaper.

If something took a long time to receive, my my would say, it is on a slow boat from China. I guess she was right!

THIS IS THE HARDEST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH EVER! Once I ordered it disappeared into the abyss of the internet! I could not find it anywhere, then 2 months later this rag in a bag appeared, no tracking number, no order number to return, No phone number to call, NO NOTHING! I spent appx. $20. GOOD RIDDANCE!

I ordered hair dye, it took a month to receive it. It came in a paint tube, no instructions. Yes this is a scam. I'm thankful I only spent $19.

I tried to get a refund, what I got was excuses excuses, excuses.

  • March 18, 2022 at 5:35 PM by an anonymous user from: Downtown Redmond, Redmond, Washington, United States

I will never order from the web site ever again

  • March 4, 2022 at 9:14 AM by an anonymous user from: West End, Washington, District of Columbia, United States

I received a product - about one third the dimensions stated.

totally useless to me, but the cost of return postage will

eat into the hopefully, eventual refund they offered (so they say...)

I wonder if I should just request a cancellation of payment w/o

    paying return postage?

    any suggestions?

Yes, do that. Contact your bank as soon as possible.

Don't waste your time buying anything at all from axelwell.com.com! I ordered a set of teeth veneers from them on December 21, and now here it is January 21, I've not received my order despite having contacted them about about a dozen times. I was given tracking information (obviously fake) that stated that the product had arrived in my town, a large metropolis, and one dasy later that it had been delivered to me (it had not). After several days it became quite clearthat it never was going to arrive at all at all, additional emails to axelwell were either ignored or I was given bogus excuses about how sometimes delivery might be delayed a day or two from the date given on tracking.. Its been another week, and still nothing! Don't even bother with these hucksters! I finally disputed the transaction with mybank and placed an order with another company, because obviously axelwell is't about to send my order to me and there is no reason to believe that they ever will. Avoid them at all costs!

I was going to order from this site but BBB didn't know them. The address they list on the site is the UPS Store. not a physical address for them The products are probably coming from China which would account for long shipping times if you do get something.

  • January 5, 2022 at 9:18 PM by an anonymous user from: Ashburn, Virginia, United States

I haven’t received my product from them, they keep saying check with the post office and file a claim with them.

  • December 26, 2021 at 10:21 PM by an anonymous user from: Monroe, Louisiana, United States

I also ordered stained glass bird hangers. Six of them on Dec 8,2021. I still haven’t received them. I sent them an email and was told they don’t recognize my name. And could I send my payment info again to look up my order. My bank shows the payment to a company called MINEPOPULAR CORK IE. I believe I was scammed.

  • December 6, 2021 at 5:44 PM by an anonymous user from: Greenwood Village, Colorado, United States

I ordered a stained glass bird hanger...5 weeks later I received a plastic replica of what I ordered. They are ignoring my emails... next step is to go to my bank to get my money back...

  • October 31, 2021 at 10:53 AM by an anonymous user from: Boone, Florence, Kentucky, United States

Unfortunately I didn't check before ordering. I paid expedited shipping and received the product One month later. I package wasn't damaged but the item was defective. Axelwell asked for pictures, which I immediately sent. They replied and wanted a video. I took a video but the email kept bouncing. I could send it to other email addresses successfully BUT AXELWELL REJECTED IT. What a Dishonest, Poor business tactic. Do NOT order from this website

  • October 21, 2021 at 11:06 PM by an anonymous user from: Downtown Redmond, Redmond, Washington, United States

Don't don't order from this website. they are awful!

  • September 29, 2021 at 11:17 AM by an anonymous user from: Rocky Mount, North Carolina, United States

Axelwell is definitely a site to avoid. Their return policy clearly states that you can return anything within 30 days of the date the order is delivered, provided the item is unopened and in its original packaging. My order qualified on all counts. Instead of giving me a return #, they kept repeating their return policy and denying the return. VERY BOGUS COMPANY! DO NOT TRUST THEM.

  • September 26, 2021 at 4:25 PM by an anonymous user from: Radnor Township, Villanova, Pennsylvania, United States

Dont trust this company … they are using fake pictures … others companies … and they send you bootlegs …axelwell are scumbags

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

After waiting almost a month finally received the product, but it was used and damaged. Contacted the company the same day & requested a refund, which was eventually granted. Total amount charged to PayPal was $32.96. It cost me $6.17 to return the product. They eventually credited PayPal account $26.97, assume the missing $5.99 was a restocking fee? So it cost me a total of $12.16 to pay for their mistake!

I agree with the person who said PayPal needs a better way to monitor who they allow to use their services, and warn us if there seems to be a questionable company before charging our accounts.

they’re not a scam. Ordered two weeks ago and just got my products today. I ordered a ceramic hair curler and it works fine. It took some time to arrive but I’m satisfied

  • August 20, 2021 at 8:24 AM by an anonymous user from: Little Mahanoy Township, Dornsife, Pennsylvania, United States

I'm pretty sure I've been scammed. It's been a month at least since I ordered from them, even got tracking numbers that their own tracking tool doesn't recognize. Just says no order found..I'm so upset, I really wanted what I ordered..I'm not letting this go either. If I don't get my order I'm contacting BBB and registering them as frauds.sick people, can't get real jobs.

Ordered what appeared to be an electric pruner for $39.97 The picture showed electric pruner, battery and charger. I received a regular no frills manual pruner. Total cost $45.96. I can buy this for under $10 . There is no way to reach them the email is bogus. I think paypal needs to better police companies that use their service. It takes months to fight these claims and get your money back. You become a slave to paypal waiting for responses.

  • May 23, 2021 at 5:08 AM by an anonymous user from: Central Business District, Rochester, New York, United States

Ordered from this site 3 weeks ago. Of course they blame the pandemic for delays, but if this company is in the US then they should have product here. I have a few friends in NC, gonna see if they can find me a phone number so I Can Cuss them out

  • April 20, 2021 at 11:51 AM by an anonymous user from: Tarrant, Fort Worth, Texas, United States

This company is a scam. Made an order that never arrived. They even went as far as sending fake tracking numbers. Please save yourself the time and money.
