Filed a complaint with my credit card and they have done nothing. FedEx tracking number is invalid or bogus. Once received, the pants were too small even after I ordered up a size and the zipper was broken. I emailed them and sent pics and they asked me to go to a local tailor to have them fixed and that they would refund $3. I continued to email them and they asked me to send the product back for a full refund but the shipping was $20 and I had to pay for it. Finally they offered to refund 15% and then asked that I write a positive comment on their website!!!! Seriously? I have never written a negative comment online, but these guys are truly awful.
