Docoshop Scam: See the Review of the Online Store

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have learned my lesson to research online any offer from a company I do not know. I get nice email responses to my inquiries but no action and it's going on 3 months. Filed a complaint with my credit card and they have done nothing. FedEx tracking number is invalid or bogus. Very disappointed but will never do it again.

I order cargo pants on 4/11 and still haven’t gotten them I email them and get excused from a gary-honwin.net ..have I been scam or what thought this was a legit company,guessing I was wrong

It took two months to receive my package. Once received, the pants were too small even after I ordered up a size and the zipper was broken. I emailed them and sent pics and they asked me to go to a local tailor to have them fixed and that they would refund $3. I continued to email them and they asked me to send the product back for a full refund but the shipping was $20 and I had to pay for it. Finally they offered to refund 15% and then asked that I write a positive comment on their website!!!! Seriously? I have never written a negative comment online, but these guys are truly awful. Did I mention the product was very cheaply made?

I ordered a pair of trousers XL and got after 3 months something that would not fit someone who is medium to small.

I ordered m 32-34 and got s not even 32. it took 3 months to get and now they are to small.

Scam, sizes are for children, do NOT order from them.

Placed order mid March. Nothing has showed up.
Any enquiry is met with a computer generated, identical answer each time. Filed a report with PayPal and with any luck, they will pull their support.
If you have money you don’t need, feel free to send it to me in Canada not Docoshop in China!!

Be forewarned…and don’t waste your money! Another made in China scheme, which is out there to rip off people. The DocoShop is full of lies and deceptive advertising. In their website, they claim to have a 100% Risk-Free policy – and have a 100% Money Back Guarantee. Using their sizing chart, I ordered two pairs of pants and when I finally got them (close to 2 months later), they were two sizes too small. I ordered size 38” waist (XL), and they were barely 34”. I wrote to the company and requested either a full 100% refund or an exchange for the right size. They told me I can keep the pants, and they will send me a 10% refund for my trouble. Where is the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee? How is that 100% Risk-Free? How deceptive can you get?

I do not know why my husband ordered two pairs of pants from them. They came in with a broken zipper, pockets too small, button holes sewn shut and they do not fit comfortably to work in. Their response was surely you can still use them. Then we will give you 10$ refund. Then we will give you 20% refund. My husband just paid them 50.00 for nothing! DO NOT USE THEM!

I purchased (2) pair of tactical pants and a belt for my husband, based on their size chart (size 32-34). The belt fit (as many belts have some extra length for adjustments). The pants weren't even close. My husband COULD NOT get them buttoned, and the open zipper was 5-6" apart! These pants were made for a child! I emailed the company and have been going back and forth with their requests for pictures of the shipping label, the label on the plastic bag and the label sewn inside the pants. I have been answered by no less than 6 different people. I did receive one answer that said they shipped according to our order, it will cost me over $20 to ship them back, and it will take at least 3 weeks to receive my refund so we should just gift them to a friend! I have now demanded a return shipping label and a refund BEFORE I send back the pants. And I will be reporting them to PayPal and fight from there. These people are CROOKS ~ DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I have the emails if anyone wants to follow up and put these !-#$%^&* humans out of business!

Bought tactical pants. Communications from links as above comments are impossible. The fedex number is bull. after contacting paypal with complaint, I finally get a response that tracking is available at some site called 17track... while it says it's in transit, I have my doubts and will update this comment in a few days to see if that is fake as well

Same as all other reviews. I had trousers arrive that were 2 sizes too small. When I requested a refund they offered me 20% and said to give them to a mate!
I COULD have a full refund but they wanted $20 to send them back.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
products are really nasty and badly made cheap material. This makes them very expensive. They steal pictures from legitimate web sites... these are not the products you will receive (if you receive them).
You will not get a refund.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Do not buy, they are a scam. Been 2 months since I ordered, and nothing has arrived. They claim on Facebook to ship out of the UK but it is actually somewhere out of China. I have had to email them about shipping it out and getting a tracking number and the email address and writing are in Chinese. They provided me a fake FedEx shipping number that does not work. I contacted them again and the gave me an App called Arrive that shows they shipped it but did not provide a tracking number. Save your money and headaches and find someone else to buy from. I have had to submit for a refund through Paypal because of this. And it showed that the Paypal person it went to was a Christine Bell which is also false.
