Shaper Lotus Scam: See the Review of the Online Store

On April 15, 2020, I place an order with this company, and here it is July I haven’t received my order. They sent tracking numbers but can’t track it, so what do I need to do.

Open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded.

I ordered May 4,2020....received a confirmation May 15 that my package had been shipped. After following the tracking number the package was shipped to somewhere completely different. The website is not reachable. Nor is there any way to contact company to inform them I never received my purchase. After reading reviews it's a SCAM company. I had to contact my CC company to dispute the charges.

Placed an order on 3/28th. Got a confirmation of order and shipment date & a tracking number. Haven't received package and website is unreachable so how do I track?

this Maria Carrillo, I placed an order on 4/20/2020 and then another email saying your order is on the way on April 27 I received a confirmation number saying your order is on the way this is the Tracking# yt2011821266212401 An yet I have received no items, no emails and not able to track item

As with all others in the reviewing crowd, this was clearly a scam. I hope it was worth it because the credits are coming! Glad my bank protects me and credited my account.

It has been 7 weeks since I placed my order. I received the confirmation but no product have I received yet. Do I have to go to the Better Business Bureau to report this or are you just behind in your shipments? I WILL REPORT YOU TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU WITHOUT MY PRODUCT!

It has been nearly a month since I place my order with your company please ether send my shipment or refund my money now..

Made a purchase on April 17th still waiting for the order. When to website but its no longer there. Contacted bank for a refund. Hopefully I will be reimbursed for the order.
Getting leery about online websites

I received my items. Only paid for shipping. Took a little longer than expected but they arrived. I wanted to purchase more but discovered the website is no longer active.

Seems only a few actually received their purchases. You was 1 of the lucky ones.

I've been waiting for my order since April 18,2020 and still nothing. What do I do to get money back?

I order from this company on April 27. Sent them a email this is what they said "It's been sent to the shipping company, but they are behind due to COVID19". Then I was seen that they received my money and they are scamming people out of there money. Will not be order from a company I don't know nothing about any more!

So I just purchased a few items from this store without reading the reviews!! Big mistake! Saw these reviews and I'm getting my money back!

Like many have done I decided to order from this company b4 I read the reviews come to find out they received my money and they are scamming women out they money so right at this moment I'm filing a claim to get my money back..

I ordered from this place then I read it was a scam, what can I do?

Dispute the charge. I disputed the charge today once I realized it was a scam. My bank refunded the amount immediately.

I placed an order on April 5 and never received my order. They should be ashamed.

I was just about to order because they claimed everything was free except shipping (US $44).

Im also glad that I goggle this company before I gave my information. Nothing is free.

so glad I decided to look for reviews. Prices were too good to be true and they want your financial info before they add shipping to your order total. (that always raises a red flag for me).

Same I've been got so many times by these Facebook stores that I had to do my own research before wasting my money yet again

So right now this company is "giving away everything for free", you only pay shipping. This is STRANGE for a company gone bankrupt, normally they would at least try to sell their inventory at a reduced price or auction off their stock to another company. Beware...
