My case with this scam is nearly identical to your story, I feel your pain and feel like an egg that I didn't check first! Have contacted the bank but not sure if they will help. Cancelled card.

I totally agree that the XQWOO company is a scam company that is out to hurt people by offering fine looking products at tempting pricing. As a nurse working endlessly to fight the COVID 19 disease in the hospital where I live, I made the mistake of just wanting to order a product (garden bed) from this company so I could have something to relax with and do.

Just as mentioned in this post, when I went back after paying for said item...to check on the site again...I saw the negative reviews on line that I hadn't seen when accessing this company through FACEBOOK, and I was devastated.

Neither of the contact e-mails offered from the company are legitimate, and the phone message number allowed me to leave one message (probably will be erased) and then the mailbox was full.

I don't know how people sleep at night or can live with themselves when doing such horrible injustices to those of us who are exhausted and merely trying to buy a good product on line.

I may or may not receive something from this company, but for now, I have had to lock my credit card and can only hope. It is difficult enough to get through this difficult life without people trying to make a living from hurting others.

BEWARE of this company...even if they are real, they are not what they say they are in their postings.

Here's the key. Try contacting the Customer Support number to ask about the product in question. When they don't answer, or if the mailbox is full, that should be the first clue.
