Scammers. I ordered a keyboard piano and paid $50 and received cheap face masks. Tracked the package with USPS and realized that what I received was the cheap masks.

The exact thing happened to me. I ordered musical equipment and I received masks after tracking the equipment for weeks, not once, not twice but four times through USPS! I received cheap KN95 masks because they were “hot” items according to Chuanout.

The so-called company uses cut and paste messages phony also tracking. I tracked the reshipping to my city and then the package was magically lost when it was being dispatched.

I was able to get a full refund from PayPal after I filed my case with IC3/FBI after providing tons of email communications and proof of the scam.

I wish everyone else well in getting their money back!

I ordered a keyboard and exactly the same thing happened as the person described in the above situation. The price was significantly less ( I also should have known). I tracked the package for 4 -5 weeks and what came was a small package containing face masks. They were able to tell me the package was delivered - it was not the item I purchased. They said they would send a replacement. Another 4-5 weeks of tracking and mysteriously the package was lost. Today I emailed them and they said they were sorry the package was lost and offered me $70 worth of coupons. I said please refund me. Still waiting for a reply. A huge SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

I ordered a Roosebeck Mountain Dulcimer from Chuanout Club on April 20, 2020, for $68. This instrument usually costs at least $160. (I should have known). I tracked the order the entire time. I received a mail delivery on May 15, 2020. The package which should have been a medium-size box package was a small plastic package that fit in my mailbox. Needless to say, it wasn't the instrument I ordered. The package contained 2 white face mask. Yes, Chuanout Club is a big-time SCAM.

Yup, I’m a BIG DUMMY. I stupidly thought it was one of the cheap China sites that you buy cheap but pay a lot in shipping. I was told they fixed the shipping costs because they had surplus in the U.S. Callicoclub. Scam and I Believe they are under serious investigation now.

100% a scam and now they have a website called stapple.club using the same address and phone number. If you Google the address it is definitely not this company total scam

I’ve checked their website several days in a row and their corporate address is always changing. All of the addresses are private residences throughout North America.

I also emailed their customer service regarding an item that is grossly underpriced (should be $1,899 but selling for $67). Their response said :

    . Hi

All the expenses have been included in the total price. you don't need to pay any other fee, The price on the website is correct

    Thank you

    Sorry, that’s bullsh*t.

    100% scam.
