Is Betofirst a Scam or Untrustworthy Online Store?

I ordered what was supposed to be a life-like dog. What I got was a small toy that was nothing like their advertisement. I emailed them this evening but I got it back as undeliverable. I guess this will be a $30 lesson.

I ordered the dogs and got c**p two dollar toys instead of the lifelike ones they advertised. It took over two months to receive and now they are not even replying to my emails .

I sent for a lifelike newborn baby doll for my granddaughter July and I received in September a very small plastic coloured doll u could purchase at a dollar store. I was so disappointed and disgusted. I have yet to be repaid or sent what I was suppose to receive.
I also have a pet peeve with The online store Duvely.
Bought a toy for my puppy in August I received it damaged would not work at all. Tried everything to get it to work no such luck. The packaging alone was terrible the boxes were torn and damaged and cause I wasn’t able to send a video they chose not to believe me. Just recently they sent me an email stating g my 30 day return expired so all they can offer me is 25 percent off my next purchase . It took them 2 months and me threatening them to finally receive damaged goods. So be aware of this online shopping store it’s a huge scam ... So so very p****d .....

I bought a cute little kitty and puppy for my kids for Christmas. I have waited months and finally received a dog. This dog was not the adorable robotic pup I paid for but a 50 cents plastic german shepherd like a toy soldier. I was so ticked off that I didnt read about it first. Also it came from China...big surprise there! I figured if the ads were on facebook and I was getting bombarded by them that facebook would have checked them out and not let them on. Another big surprise there. So it was a huge let down. Don't get scammed like me. Like they always say it it looks too good to be true it probably is. All the videos and sites I saved are now gone as well. Massive adevertising they get a ton of orders and money and slip silently away. UGH

I ordered 3 dogs two months ago and has yet to receive them. I was so excited about them cause they were so cute. Its ashame how people scam others. God has a place for them. Take my hard earned 60 dollars. Lesson learned.

I ordered one of those electronic dogs which they claimed barked and moves like a real puppy. To my astonishment, I got a tiny package and when I opened it, there was this tiny toy that looked like it came from a McDonald’s happy meal. I paid through PayPal but can’t seem to find a link on the payment to dispute it. They are a big SCAM!!!

Do they issue a refund when you return the junk?

Its a SCAM. Ordered what was supposed to be a moveable fluffy puppy toy and they sent a plastic dog with cloth on it. Never Ever order from an advertiser on FACEBOOK. Learned my lesson

SCAM!SCAM!SCAM! I ordered a 17 inch white realistic baby doll. I received an ugly tiny cheap plastic 8 inch piece of trash that wasn't even white. Not even worth buying at the dollar store. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

This company is a complete fraud. It advertises realistic robotic dogs with rave reviews. I waited 4 weeks to get a small carnival stuffed dog that looks nothing like a Yorkie. Of course, it is not robotic either. Furthermore, you do not know that it really comes from China until you get notice of shipment. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I am so sorry that I did not check them out beforehand. The email address is fake the phone number is disconnected. I am just happy that I did not buy a lot from them before I found out what a fraud they are. Why do they get to keep advertising? They should be shut down as a public neucense.

Well I feel like a fool, I paid $60 for gifts for some of these children's birthdays. I wished I reviewed this company before I placed my order.
I feel bad for the children because they will not be able to get gifts for their birthday.

Ordered mechanical YorkI dog and it was a joke!! Was not mechanical at all did not run on batteries like they said because there was no place to insert batteries! This toy was just a tiny stuffed animal that you could buy at any store for less than $3.00. The price was $28.99 plus tax and shipping. I definitely feel that this company should be shut down by the government and that everyone that purchased anything should be reimbursed. They should be ashamed of themselves!! Believe me the word will be spread far and wide about this site. I’m a Hairdresser with a large clientele and many coworkers and friends and they all have friends believe me the word will get around.

Received puppy I ordered for grand daughter, cannot even use it as a stuffed animal not only was it not mechanical,neutral not sewn good, had rips in it. This was definitely a scam.

I ordered a King Charles dog for my niece who is sick and confined,I have heard that the biofirstn co is a scam,why are they allowed to be on a website selling nothing and getting paid for it?it seems like they prey on seniors,I better not be one of them because I will stop at nothing to have them arrested I am annatty general and love to catch people like this

I forgot to mention that the reason I tried to contact PayPal was because I bought three of the dolls and was sent 3 ugly little naked African dolls worth about 1.00 each. These people are after more then the few dollars they steal selling dolls and animals!!!

I hope you do. I tried to email Pay Pal and was somehow rerouted to these people. They convinced me that they redirected me to pay pal’s ‘Identification protection’ department and to make a long story short they tapped into my paypal account and tried to drain it!!! These people are dangerous liars.

Got the doll today, it was nothing like I ordered, it's a scam, they need to close them down. I got a doll naked in a bag very small you can buy at the dollar store.

Same thing happened to me...I ordered the doll that FELT like a baby... I got a PLASTIC doll in a plastic.bag....emailed these fools and they wanted to give me a.$3.00 credit..like I would ever buy from them again..who can we report these scamming scum bags to?

I also ordered these dolls for my great granddaughters the dolls I received were the brown plastic ones that were all damaged & nothing like the ones I ordered & paid for These cheats need to be stopped.

I am so MAD right now!!!! I ordered to dolls for both of my granddaughters and when they arrived yesterday they were NOTHING like they were discribed!! I ordered A 22" Realistic Sweet Cute Reborn Baby Girl Dool and a African American Reborn Baby Doll . When I opened the package what I saw was such a Shock .... 2 nine inch plastic African American Dolls with no clothes on them. Can somebody please tell me if they did anything about this scam so I can follow suit. There has got to be something that can be done about this scam. I lost $38.78 These people MUST be stopped!

This article says to file a claim with your bank. So, I put a dispute in. Not optomistic, but we'll see.

Total scam!! I ordered baby for my daughters birthday which was on august, 25th, I just got it today! It is nothing like the description. I hope whoever is running this type of business gets what they deserve!!

I ordered one of their realistic newborn baby dolls that was supposed to come with clothes and a pacifier and I received a very small naked baby doll that probably only cost about $2.00 or $3.00. I have been e:mailing them and trying to get an address to return and get a refund, but they are saying they will only refund a small portion. I agree this is a scam and they probably wouldn't send me any refund at all. I am going to contact my credit card company.

I ordered 2 dolls from Betofirst a few weeks ago, after reading these reviews, I contacted Paypal and the seller (which always has different names) sends me emails saying they have been shipped and I can contact them with any other questions. Today they sent an email stating I should close the dispute with Paypal so I can get a refund. I'm not dumb. I replied why would I do that and what refund? You just told me they were shipped! I am very weary. (I will not close the dispute until I either get my dolls or the refund) They sent me a tracking # and it says my pkg. is only 1 state away. I should be getting something any day. I will let you all know.

My daughter lost her $60. For dolls and she received two plastic naked dolls and cant get her money back even though she pd through pay pal as a guest they said they couldn't help her. Very upset and crying. I think the government should investigate these places. They use different names but sell all the same spill about the dolls.lies and disapointing taking money from people

Was diverted to betofirstn, phone number is bogus, ordered dolls for grandchildren birthday, they received cheap small black dolls with no clothing. Going thru the hassle of trying to get our $60.00. Back
