I received a dress order from this company today and it is nothing like the dress in the picture. It is made of flour sack material and the color looks like its inside out. Very very faded. They also make it look like it has pockets which it does not. I would like to send it back but it won't go into the web site it gives for refunds. They are supposed to send you return paperwork but I can't even get into the refund service site. Can I just go to my bank and ask for a refund? Not sure what to do. I am so mad!!!Lora O...
