It looks like I too fell prey to bestoolsi. I should know better, didn't do my homework, I guess I'm too trusting that PayPal somehow avoids relationships with false storefronts. I placed an order on June 26, 2020, received a confirmation immediately, then radio silence for 10 days with no ship date and I haven't received replies to any of three emails I have sent them, and discovered that their phone number is false or disconnected. I have requested a refund from PayPal but that takes weeks to process so who knows if I'll get my money back. I originally ordered from bestoolsI because they supposedly had the product I was looking for at a price I had previously paid at Amazon, but Amazon's price had gone up by $30 when I went to buy a second unit and bestoolsi's price had not gone up. The double bummer is that Amazon's price has now gone back down to the price I purchased the first unit so I didn't need to take the risk in the first place. Bottom line, I didn't do my homework and got burned so shame on me, but do yourself a favor and avoid bestoolsi.

I stumbled across this site looking for a bicycle for my little girl. My Dad was buying her for her Bday. To my Dad's surprise, he never got an email about his order, so he emailed and emailed no response so then he tried calling to find out a number is a nonworking number. He is having to wait 14 days to have his money put back in his bank account since he indeed authorized the transaction per his bank’s policy. We don’t understand why PayPal is allowing these ppl to continue to fraud and steal from ppl. I feel horrible that my dad has been scammed for 90.00, and to top it off it was a gift for a child and she doesn’t understand the evil in the world. So please beware of this fake company. Not only stole my Dad's money but he now has a heartbroken granddaughter that has been waiting all last week for her new bike to come.

I fell for this scam and made a $98.77 dollar purchase through PayPal. The charge went through immediately. I then noticed multiple items on the site listed with this exact same dollar amount. Called the fake phone number and quickly realized my foolishness. My advice is file a claim with your bank. I got refunded immediately. PayPal would be a longer process. I needed the shame to end right now.

I'm so shocked to discover this, I'm currently facing the same problem. Made a purchase from this website and I noticed I didn't receive an email stating my my item being processed. Sent two emails making such enquiries and to date no response. Try that number it's not in service. My biggest issue is how come Google had this fake website on the top of their search engine and this is why I thought it was legit. Most importantly why PayPal allowed this level of business to use their services to scam people. Very disturbing you can't even trust these large platform either

I found a 'too good to be true' deal on this site and did some digging. The given phone number is not valid, and then I found this. Thanks for keeping us from also falling victim!

I just became a victim of this fake online store yesterday. I am fighting with Paypal now to try and get my money refunded and also with my bank to stop the transaction from being paid. Feeling really stupid right now. Ugh.
