Is Wm3lp com a Scam? Received a Loan Approval Text Message

I received the loan approval text message below from telephone number 917-207-6771 with a link that goes to wm3lp.com. The link then goes to a loan website that asks for a lot of personal and financial information. Can someone tell me if the the message is a scam?
