Ordered ladder on 7/19/20. Never got it. Seller didn't respond to my emails. The phone number provided disconnected. No confirmation of my order sent to my email. The website won't open anymore. Filed claim today with Paypal. Scam site.

Agree that this site is a total scam. I had exactly the same experience today as those described previously. I googled an item I was interested in buying and found that Deenet had by far the best price (that should have been a loud warning, but it wasn't). I ordered the item as a guest and paid with Paypal. in an hour or so Paypal sent me a receipt stating that the item had shipped and with the USPS tracking number. I entered the tracking number at the USPS website and the tracking history showed that the item had been shipped from California a week before I placed the order and was delivered to my city yesterday, the day before I place the order. I repeatedly called the phone number listed on the Deenet site for returns/customer service but repeatedly got a busy signal. A total scam. I feel stupid for falling for it. I have initiated the refund/fraud process at Paypal and I will probably get my money returned to me eventually, but it will take quite a while and it us a substantial pain.

Total scam. The website looks really nice but when you go to purchase it shows up as an AOL mail Box. When I tried to call all I got was a busy signal. When I received the message from pay pal with a tracking number it shows that it is a bogus tracking number on an item that had been delivered weeks ago when I had just made the purchase yesterday. I'm in the process of contacting pay pal and my credit card company to try to reverse the charges. Wish me luck.
