Is Puretimeco com a Scam? Review of the Website

I got a scam text claiming I won an iPhone and I should click the link in it to claim my prize. The link took me to Puretimeco.com. This scam is another trick used to trick people into visiting survey and spam websites. The websites then attempt to trick visitors into sharing their personal information and trick them into signing up for unwanted services.
