Dyson $3 Vacuum Scam - Tricked into Paying for Membership

I have discovered that there are websites offering a Dyson vacuum for $3 in order to trick potential victims into signing up for unwanted services. I found out the hard way because I stupidly gave my card details for a $3 Dyson vacuum on FB and they took the$3 plus $78 for some monthly membership. I cancelled my card but when my new card came and was activated, they accessed the money anyway which should not have happened. I've contacted them but they refuse to refund my money and sometimes do not reply.

How I Got Tricked

I was taken to a website offering a Dyson vacuum for $3 but was subsequently taken to another web page where I was tricked into signing up for membership. I paid almost $80. Have e-mailed them in order to get a refund but they refuse.
