It is a scam store. I paid online to buy a chair from them about 8 months ago. They never delivered anything to me and didnt give me the refund after I cancelled the order because of their failure to deliver me the chair. I wonder why they are still in business as so many people complained that they are a scam store.

Most DEFINITELY a scam! I placed an order for a DESK, supposedly shipped UPS so I'd get it in three days - immediately I was OVERCHARGED on Paypal - when I tried calling Dcecie one number was discontinued, the other you could leave a message - I sent numerous emails - they didn't even have a record of my order and if I hadn't taken a screenshot, I never would have been able to provide an order number - I told them they'd overcharged me and I wanted a refund - they said they'd cancel my order and refund me within 14 days. I still filed a dispute with Paypal. Next thing I get told by PayPal they have found in favor of the seller because apparently the seller provided a tracking number (USPS not UPS) and it was delivered yesterday! Apparently, it happened while I was outside talking to a neighbor by my front door - that this huge desk was delivered, unnoticed by me - even though I was standing right there by the front door at 4.50 pm. I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANYTHING. PayPal NEVER helps the buyer, ONLY the seller - so I'll never use PayPal again - but I received NO desk, not even a tiny envelope - so how they provide a tracking number I will never know. THIS IS A SCAM - I CANNOT EMPHASIZE THAT MORE - IT'S A SCAM - DO NOT BUY FROM DCECIE AND NEVER USE PAYPAL BECAUSE THEY WILL NEVER HELP YOU.

  • October 28, 2021 at 11:58 AM by an anonymous user from: Jefferson, Woodlawn, Illinois, United States

Ordered an electric fireplace and 5 weeks later received an orange child sized tank top shirt too ugly for any child, and certainly not worth the $79.99 I paid for it. Reported it to credit card company.

People need to contact Internet Crimes Website and file complaints. I’ve done this & the more people who actually file complaints the more likely it will be that they get investigated and removed!

When did this happen to our society?

Do these people go home at night, tell the family how many people they stole from, and the kids are so proud?

Scam company. Ordered a glass coffee table and then a month later I received a tank top? It was delivered to the billing address and not even the shipping. FRAUDULENT, don't even risk.

Has this company ever been investigated. By the better business bureau..and how do you go about getting your money back?.

    • November 5, 2021 at 4:46 PM by an anonymous user from: Fulton, Atlanta, Georgia, United States

Call your bank and file a fraudulent claim . It was easier for me to get my money back because I paid through PayPal and I was able to get my money back

    • October 23, 2021 at 12:39 PM by an anonymous user from: Phoenix, Arizona, United States

Don't expect anything from the Better Business Bureau. Company participation is VOLUNTARY. BBB has no power. BBB sells certification to anyone who pays. The only "good" the BBB provides is a place for people to vent.

I'm doing some online browsing for an affordable shed. One of decent size, of course. During my last search, I came across DCECIE. It matter what size I clicked on, they were all listed as $699.99 strikethrough on sale for $79.99! I thought no way! This has got to be wrong. Even in my cart, no price change. Then I noticed the email address. Who uses Outlook for email these days except for large business or even State offices. Then I found this page. I am sooooo glad I decided to go with my gut. Otherwise, I'd be SOL! Thanks OTA!

I thought it was great that I would get some of the items I needed to make repairs to my home and order to get my niece to come and live with me. Well I never received a single item and I definitely can afford them and I definitely can't afford any and now my niece can't come and live with me so a 13 month old child would be sent to Foster care what they've done was wrong I've tried to do everything in my power and They just destroyed me and a 13 months old baby and I can't stop crying I hope they're very proud of themselves for what they've done to a child who thinks she is coming to live with us, Wish you'll be happy, and cared for with the most excellence of a Foster mom and dad was she's gonna have the best car in the world and you've destroyed us and her

such a scam you dont even know... I have found 8 different sites ordered from all and same thing, NO ITEM EVER SHOWS. they dont respond to my emails, while telling Pay Pal it has been shipped. every site is the same but different names. after the 1st one I started using Pay Pal and I have been using the same money to order over and over from different sights. All I wanted was a garden shed.. this started for me last summer. I cant believe these people are getting away with this. they need to be shut down.

Think I figured out how these scammers are doing it.

Recently, I purchased a cell phone and decided to buy a smart watch. The smart watch requires a 3rd party application to which you must grant permission to in order to grant access to your files and contacts. If you don't use their app & grant permission you can't use the smart watch as intended.

So I installed one of these smart watch applications before receiving the smart watch just to see what it was like. I then started getting targeted ads which are quite common nowadays. However, the ads were just too accurate & the address associated with the products were within a 5 mile radius at prices that were too good to be true.

I then realized the app was being used to spy on all phone activity which was then used to pitch the exact products I was searching for a few days before via my phone browser.

I won't mention the apps because I don't want to get into legal trouble but if you have a smart watch and you installed an app for it, that is most likely how you are being targeted.

These smart watches are all over major retail stores and online now. Most use the same apps in order to allow the end user to change the watch faces. Be-careful! You are being spied on!

SCAMMERS!, ordered an item Aug 20th. Credit card was charged within minutes. Received a “ thank you, your order is complete and will ship within 3-5 days. A week later inquired as to where’s my order. Reply, from China, yeh, China, even though their website says Endicotte, NY, was “ due to COVID, it’s taking longer”. Okay, sounds legit. 10 days later, sent a “strongly worded” email. Received the same reply. 20 days later and numerous emails before I received a response. Same generic c**p as the first time. 25 days later sent a really “hardcore email.” Received the same reply as above. It’s been almost a month and I contacted my card company. Told the above information and was credited on the spot by card company!, Asked did I have a phone # for them. Gave the 2 #’s listed on their website… Both numbers trace to NC! Card company told me they had 2 #’s… one in Ohio and the other in San Francisco! Pretty obvious what’s going on here, Sent them a text and canceled my order.. reply was, we are sorry, we cannot cancel order or refund money as product is on the way.” Checked my tracking number. Results were, “ we have received notification of this package shipment but have not received the package.” Took a screen shot, added some text and sent it to them. Told them I hope all involved have their external sphcinter muscle grow shut! Have not heard back. That was 2 days ago. SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND FRUSTRATION IN DEALING WITH THESE DOUCHBAGS! Do not order anything from them… you will be sorry and out the $$$$ unless your card company will refund it.. my order # was 60122 and tracking # LY866202212CN. Now they are dealing with the card company AND the FTC, whom I filed a report with… They were very interested in this company! SCAM, DO NOT ORDER!

I came across this site looking for cheap furniture for my new apartment. The big red flags are that everything is the same price, weather it's a set of hangers or a sectional couch, and the email address is a Hotmail/outlook free email account. If you're unsure about a site, look at their email address, Google their physical address, and search for reviews.

Dcecie cloned hawkinswoodshop.com, a legitimate small business, but was selling all their products for $76. There are more sites out there that seem to have cloned hawkinswoodshop because hawkins is popular on pinterest right now. If prices seem too good to be true ($76 custom kitchen islands, $76 sofas) it's probably a scam.

  • September 6, 2021 at 6:56 AM by an anonymous user from: Newark Central Business District, Newark, New Jersey, United States

Rip-off! $76 for a small cabinet and they mailed me SOCKS. Guess you could say I got “something” for my money - which did make me laugh. If you are thinking of ordering something DO NOT! PayPal is no help. The website is no help. Totally and complete scam. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

I saw a bookcase that I had looked at on another site but for more money checked it out on the site free shipping, located in NY placed my order the next day after checking out their shipping policy I find it’s coming from China, and after looking at my paypal account they charged me more than the item was listed for just $10 but I don’t care, I requested 3 times they cancel then finally someone replies why do you want to cancel they ship it out the next day ...it’s supposedly still in China and PayPal has rejected my claim even though I sent them the ad with the price on it
