Is Bxirt Wreaths a Scam? Review of the Online Store

I ordered 2 wreaths a year ago and haven’t received anything from them.

I was scammed out of $94.. Ordered 2 wreaths and received 2 $2 flower rings large enough for a candle. When I asked if they we're in the US I was told yes but during tracking discovered they were coming from China... Now I have to try to get my money back!!

I have the same problem as all the other comments. Ordered 2 wreaths. Finally arrived and is nothing like what I ordered. Took pictures and have been arguing with them for 2 months about a refund. They offer 10%, then 15% then 20%. I told them they are scan artists and I would be letting everyone know that. They sent me an address to return the goods but it is over USD $100 to ship so I assume they are being donated or thrown in the garbage.

Same here, and we are going back and forth. I am livid that this company is still in business. If enough people bombard FB maybe we can together shut them down. The ripped me off for $104.97 for this cheap plastic junk.

I have been arguing with this company for over 6 weeks for a refund for a wreath I ordered. Not at all as pictured. Totally unusable. They offered me 15%, then 30% as above. I refused both offers. I am now contacting PayPal and my bank. Do not use this company!!!

I am in the same situation as you. Did you get a resolve with PayPal or your bank? I have been fighting both the bank and PayPal and I have not gotten this resolved.

I ordered wreaths from this company as well. They offered me a 15% and then a 30% refund, and when I accepted, they said that the refund time had run out. They looked nothing like the pictures that they advertised! This is a scam and a rip off! Don’t buy from this place!

I purchased a wreath from this company. It took 3 months to arrive and then was NOTHING like the item advertised. I received a tiny little plastic bit of picks, NOT a wreath. I asked for a return address and a full refund. No address was given. First they offered 10% of purchase price for compensation, and said it was probably too expensive for me to return. Then they offered 15% compensation, now 20%. Infuriating. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS “COMPANY”.

I have the very same problem; nothing but thieves and scammers. I have had about 40 emails offering 10% for the absolute junk they sent me...and stole the £30 I paid

Avoid ordering anything from this company. Very poor quality and service. I am attempting to get a refund and have only been offered 10%. Very misleading and not to be trusted.

I ordered what I thought would be the perfect wreath for my front door. They photos in their ads are beautiful and give the impression that the wreaths are made in America. Actually, they are made in China. What I received bore no semblance to what was shown on their website. In fact, it was so pathetic I would be embarrassed to even donated it to the Salvation Army. My attempts to get a refund have, so far, been futile. Originally they offer me a 10% refund which I refused. I was then offered a 15% refund which I again refused. Time lapse between these two offers lead me to believe that I will never get any satisfaction for this company. I wish I could post photos of what I thought I was getting and what I actually received.

Don’t be a fool and order from these scam artists. I ordered 3 large wreaths for thirty-something dollars each for gifts on 9/9/2021. They finally arrived on October 28, 2021. All 3 wreaths were crammed into one bag, crushed, very cheaply made, and looked nothing like I ordered. Trying to get a refund of some sort but don’t expect that will turn out well. I took pictures of what I received as well as the bag they came in. Be very aware when ordering online. I will purchase locally from now on.

Do not buy. Counterfeit products that would not cost a dollar in a retail store. Sent communication to the company that it was pictured as a door wreath. Only valid if you are talking about a wreath on a doll house. Company offered 10% off. Fraud 100%. Wreaths were not as shown and damaged during shipping.

What a scam. I ordered 2 wreaths and 6 weeks later I did get 2 wreaths, but they were c**p. One fell apart as I opened it and both were NOTHING like the picture of them on the web site. They were supposed to be 22" and they arrived 10" wide at best - with little of no ribbons and decoration. I sent a letter asking for a refund or replacement, and surprisingly did get a reply offering me a 10% settlement, which I politely declined. I have since filed a claim with my credit card company - hoping to get the money returned soon.

These wreaths are junk! Bxirt would not respond to my e-mails about returning them. They were supposed to be 17 inches in circumference, they are barely 12 inches. They are plastic and just awful. I finally had to contact my credit card company to file a dispute. Please don’t fall for this scam like I did.

It’s all c**p. How can we get this shut down? Makes me furious.

Do not order from this company. Received my wreaths today and they are piece of junk that is going in the garbage. This place is a scam. I learned my lesson.

This is a scam!!! The beautiful wreath I thought I was getting turned out to look like something from the dollar tree. It was the size of a small saucer. Hardly anything you could hang on your door!!!

I spent $170.00 on 2 wreaths and 3 pumpkins. The pumpkins were broken and the wreaths were miniature. I have tried to con them numerous times to no avail. Money down the drain. I’m working with my financial institution to get a refund but probably won’t.

bxirt is a total scam! I ordered a few items totaling $90 and all three items I received a month later were items I could have bought at the Dollar Store. The site advertises "free returns" but there is no way to return. There is a contact email which is also bogus. Everything was shipped from China.

This site is a scam. I ordered two wreaths and ended up with products that looked like something a dollar store would carry. These wreaths are shipped from China. I want my money back!!

This Bxirt.com site is a total scam. There is no real way to gat a refund from them. You must send them an email to get approval for a return and you hear nothing back.
It is handled by www.fupgc.com This is a Chinese company that owns over 800 websites. The shipping is sent from a shipping transfer warehouse in Jamaica NY.
Because is comments doesn't allow posting pictures, you can copy this link and paste it into your address bar and see what I received for 75 dollars.

Most people have commented that their product received looks like something you would get at a "Dollar Store".

Don't order from here. The wreaths are tiny, look nothing like the picture and take months to get. Their return policy says up to 6 months to get money back and no return address.

They send something if you prod long enough,
The wreaths are plastic, small, and clearly bought from a five and dime.
So they have made their profit of almost 100%.

Never will I order online before doing my research on a website that does not offer a phone number to communicate.
Never received my wreath and will not be scammed again from a Chinese bogus website .
The wreaths online displayed is definitely not from this company. The site is duplicating other companies merchandise and displaying on their website.

Sad that this might not be legit! I ordered 2 wreathes several weeks ago and have not received anything...not even a refund or apology.

SCAM!! 6 weeks waiting and I get 2 items that do not represent wreaths at all and are good only for grave flowers at best. Size and quality of the pictured ones were grand compared to the items I received. Has been turned in to Paypal for fraud with pictures and comparisons along with their webpage. I will also be reporting them to BBB. States they are from San Bernardino, CA but they actually didn't cover all the China/Japan sticker underneath! NEVER order stuff from Facebook ads. NEVER.AGAIN!! What do you know, the address on MAPS shows it in the middle of a huge warehouse. Go figure. Too bad it wasn't on one of those cargo ships waiting to get in to USA. But on their shipping page I followed it showed it was picked up in China but then all of the sudden it was in San Bernardino within 3 or 4 days. So they've mastered on how to get it to show it's in the USA already even though it's still in China. Cause it showed China again after the San Bernardino supposed delivery. I will never buy by local sold stuff and pay the higher prices. At least I will get what I ordered or want and paid for.

Received the wreaths after about 6 weeks. They were a fraction of the size shown. They look like a child made them. I emailed them almost daily, never replied so contacted my bank to remove the charge.

It was a joke what they finally sent me. It is maybe a fourth of the whole wreath that should have been sent I bought two of these for $69 a piece. I am sending them . is a scam or bait and switch completely misleading the public as to what they are selling. I'm now where you buying anything on the internet because of this company. I would love for them to contact me but they are hiding behind their computers

Don't waste your money. Not only did it take 43 days to receive them the wreaths are tiny and look nothing like what was pictured. They come shrink wrapped and you are expected to fluff them but they are not at all like what is pictured online. They are about the size of a standard dinner plate.

This blurt site is definitely a huge SCAM. The two wreaths that I ordered are so small and all the flowers were squashed!! Not big and beautiful like the pictures. Please don't order from this site as they will send you very substandard items in exchange for a lot of money!

A scam. Received two very small wreaths nothing what I ordered. Reporting it to my bank credit card fraud department. Do not be fooled do not order from BXIRT.

Scam. Here’s what I received. 2 very small plastic and felt wreaths. I asked to cancel order to no avail.
