The fake PayPal invoice confirmation email below, which asks recipients to call 1-888-611-8949, is a scam. The telephone number, 1-888-611-8949, is not associated with PayPal. It is being used by scammers to trick potential victims into calling them. If contacted, the scammers will attempt to trick their potential victims into disclosing their PayPal account credentials, personal and financial information, which they will use fraudulently.

I get scams similar all the time. It's usually easy to see its a scam. What's different about this one is it actually listed a delivery address that wasn't mine, but it was very similar to an address I've got a connection to. It also gave a 888 number and the invoice wasn't just a jpg. I've gotten pretty smart about these I seriously doubt anything that says anything about something that gives me money or says I've just paid a lot of money. But this one made me stop to search.
