Scammers are sending scam texts like the one below from online.banking.activity.alerts asking potential victims to call 8506002790 and other 855 area code telephone numbers. Therefore, recipients of text messages from online.banking.activity.alerts, are asked not to follow the instructions in them. If you have received a text message that appears to be from your bank, instead of following the instructions in it, contact your bank directly to verify the authenticity of the text.
