A so-call company called "Trademark Omega" has been sending emails to executives from andrew@trademarkomega.com or andrew@trademarkomega.org. The emails threaten trademark infringement and ask recipients to settle because lawsuits can cost on average anywhere between $120,000 to $750,000.

The senders appear to be scammers using the name of a fake company or a legitimate one without consent.
