The emails threaten trademark infringement and ask recipients to settle because lawsuits can cost on average anywhere between $120,000 to $750,000. The senders appear to be scammers using the name of a fake company or a legitimate one without consent.If you have received the Trademark Omega email scam, please do not follow the instructions in it, report it to the people or FBI.
