The Scripps Settlement is not a scam. If you were notified of a Ransomware Attack on Scripps that occurred in April 2021 or received a litigation email from noreply@epiqpay.com, you may be entitled to benefits from a settlement, including at least $100. A settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit against Scripps Health (“Scripps” or “Defendant”) regarding a Ransomware Attack that resulted in an unauthorized person gaining access to Scripps’ network, deploying malware, and, on April 29, 2021, acquiring copies of some of the documents stored on Scripps’ network.
