The so-called Howard Kessler in the video that is advertising the fake trading software doesn't exist, although he claims he was featured on Forbes, Wall Street Journal and CNNMoney. We were not able to find any information about him after searching on Forbes' website, Wall Street Journal's website, CNNMoney's website, and the rest of internet for Howard Kessler, the millionaire who created the MBC Capitals Mobile Binary Code trading software, except for other fraudulent websites created by scammers that are attempting to convince online users into registering with the bogus website.
And, the so-called MBC Capitals Mobile Binary Code is not free. After registering, members will realize that they will have to open a binary options broker’s account and deposit a minimum of $250 into the account in order to get started.
