    Hello All,

    Im from Colombia, South america, Yes, it's a scam, I ordered a home planetarium with 2 cd for $ 39.99 and a cheap $ 5 lamp came. I writed to " Filippo store" email service@trianglebest.com without answer.

    They have a fake return policy:

    Im worried because I pay for this fake web store,...

      Yes. They are fake. I ordered the same home planetarium plus one 360 GO action camera and fully paid in Dec 2019. They only sent me low quality "toys" which was entirely different from what I ordered.

      I sent an e-mail to them and they replied they will refund fully to me. I checked with my bank only to find they lied. I didn't receive anything. I repeatedly e-mail to them and they didn't response up to now...

    I did order a planatarium, and I recived it aswell.. but what I got delivered was clearly not what I ordered it was a cheap star lamp instead.. will contact my bank to see if they can do anything. so please be aware you will most likely not get what you order from them.

      The exact same thing happened to me, I paid using PayPal so I have escalated a claim through them to get my money back.

    Oh great I ordered the planetarium and the laser cube but it’s still early. I’ll Contact PayPal since I haven’t received product yet it may be a good thing.

    Same thing here. Ordered the star projector and received a cheap plastique lamp. Tried to be refund, but no help from seller and neither from paypal. I have to send back the item to be refund but website is closed and it would cost me more that the price I paid to send it back. Really disappointed by paypal help.

    This happened to me after thinking I was purchasing the Planetarium and received 2 x Star Master child lamps. I made a claim with PayPal after the seller said he would reimburse me with 30%. I replied no and that he was a scammer and escalated with PayPal. PayPal ruled that I can be reimbursed but only when I return the goods to China! This is the important bit. I called PayPal today and explained that this was fraudulent online behaviour and that although I would get a refund, I would still need to pay for the postage upfront. The kind PayPal rep told me that postage WAS refundable which eased my concerns. Also, they would translate the address which was written in Chinese or Mandarin...more ways to deter us from returning. So the moral is, if you used PayPal, do contact them. I also asked them to investigate this business and that TrustPilot was inundated with bad stories of scam from this person or company. Have faith honest people! Hope this information helps others to get back their hard-earned money. God Bless. William

    LEASE NOTE, they are scammers and thieves. I ordered HOME PLANETARIUM WITH 2 CD, and she got chip smal lamp for children.

      yes. same here. Ordered home planetarium and received kid toy from aliexpress! now curious if paypal can refund money somehow.
