Total Scam. Don't buy from them. Beware of the glossy ads on instagram and Facebook. I got sucked in. Goods were not delivered. I ordered last May and now it is September 2020.

I purchased an item on 4/16/2020. Received an email confirmation and then a shipping notice on 4/27. I’ve emailed them twice. The item is shipping from China. When I check the tracking, it shows the item moving around to different locations in China, but it still hasn’t left that city. I’m contacting PayPal to initiate a dispute. Note the date today is 6/6/2020 and I haven’t received the item.

Placed an order March 29, 2020. Still waiting. Complained once after a month. Told that shipping delays due to COVID-19 had them behind schedule. Gave them two more weeks, complained again and asked to cancel. Told on May 15, 2020 that I could NOT cancel because the order "has been processed and fulfilled" (whatever that means). Gave them another two weeks and filed a claim with PayPal. They have not responded to PayPal either. Found a similar item on Amazon at a comparable price and had it in three days. So, DO NOT BUY FROM SPRINKLEJINGLE.COM

I ordered from Spinklejingle March 20 and have not received anything. March 26 a confirmation of shipment came through, but the USPS said they did not receive the item. I have written several emails to the company and they told me it would take 15 or more days. I paid thru PayPal, but can't seem to get any answers. Not sure what to do anymore.

My order no. 1/27/2020 #spj184854 cannot be traced nor the computer generated response to queries helpful.
Sprinkle Jingle is a complete fraud. They continue to send coupons but not delivering or responding to what i paid two months ago.

They are definitely a scam. I ordered a hair piece 6 weeks ago, still have not received it. First email was answered directing me to a delivery site but no tracking number. All emails since have been ignored.

Do not use sprinkle jingle. It is definitely a rip off-site. I ordered some stuff and they sent me an email saying, "check back in a few days. It takes time to get your order together." I waited a week and checked. Still nothing. I sent them another email. They never responded back.
