I ordered one of those watches and it arrived fine, however, it's really cheap quality, doesn't look as good as the pictures on the website, and overall, I don't think is worth the shipping cost. The items cost less than the shipping. No one is giving out merchandise at a loss here. It's nothing new. These type of scheme use to run in magazines years ago (usually for sunglasses).
