Purchased a watch from them after a month and a half finally arrived watch looked good in spite of the poor packaging no instructions on operation or various functions and did not work. Requested a refund and have been offered from 2 to 40 dollars, been told they will refund if they receive it back in resellable condition (was received broken), they are not set up to accept returns and it will most likely be lost. Was told to take it to a repair shop and they would pay for the repair and to get with someone who could show me how it works. I'm working with Amex to get a refund. Facebook needs to ban them from doing business. The old saying if it's to good to be true...

ordered a smartwatch that appeared to be a HuaweI Watch GT 2. It took almost 60 days for the item to arrive. When it arrived, what was in the package was not a smartwatch. It was a large, ugly watch with no smartwatch capabilities at all. When I tried to contact the seller about it at estellaatkinson5220-kokoerp.com I was encouraged to "try the watch and see if you like it". When I responded that I wanted a refund I was told "maybe you can give it to a family member or friend". Absolutely ridiculous. Now I have to work with my credit card issuer to request a chargeback. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS
