PayPal is useless, absolutely no help at all. I too was fooled due to seeing PayPal on this site. I have contacted AMEX and the individual I spoke with said to wait an additional 1-2 weeks to see if I receive the merchandise. I did not agree with this but want to get my money back so am having to follow the rules. Please do not order from this scammer.

I ordered from Sootgear and have not received my order. I felt they were legit because they were using PayPal. However, I do not use or like Pay-Pal so I used my credit card instead. Now I find out about various reviews of sootgear and tried to notify/call pay pal.

I do not have a Pay Pal account but after banging my head against the wall talking to a "ROBOT" I gave up! Why? Simple I told the menu robot I did not have a PayPal account and voice told me to go to PayPal.com/resolution, which I did only to find out I needed to sign into my account to go there. What does "I don't have an account" mean? Certainly nothing to a voice robot.

I MADE A PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE AND GEMSTONE.

THIS IS HOW I HAVE RECOGNIZED THE SCAMMING SITES.

I HAVE GONE THROUGH AND NOTED QUITE SIMILAR SITES AND BELIEVE THEY ARE ALL SCAMMING BY THE SAME PERSON.

HIS NAME IS NGUYEN DUY TOAN. HE IS A TOTAL THIEF.

THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY.

THE PHONE NUMBERS AND EMAIL ACCOUNTS ARE BOGUS.

THE OTHER SITES I HAVE FOUND TO BE THE SAME AS THIS ARE:

    Gemstore

    Kidseven

    Zeerabe

    Piurared

    Justsleds

    Jocasta

    Liavia

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE SITES!

YOU WILL BE TOTALLY RIPPED OFF.

Look at the construction of the website, and if it looks like the Sootgear one, then it’s a scam clone and you will be ripped off. Just saying

I placed an order yesterday. I became suspicious after not receiving a statement showing my purchase. Checked my banking this morning and it had paid the amount I was charged. I have tried sending an email and it was fake also. On their webpage, I filled in my suspicions and have not heard from them. I checked this out before I purchased it. The site looks perfectly legitimate. I paid for this with Pay Pal so no other information was given. I will get in touch with PayPal and follow their suggestions. SHUT THESE THEIFS DOWN

This site is a scam. They can go as far as getting your bank information as well as PayPal account information. Cancel your bank card immediately and get new card or account.
