If it’s too good to be true then it’s a scam. Get your bank to reverse credit card transactions. If a vendor wants your cvv credit card pin then they are scammers, period.

I ordered the colman saluspa hot tub they took my money and sent no product.

The site is a scam I placed the order in June no item yet. I've emailed the company address alvinmurphy82@gmail.com ph-618-348-6850 with no response, I then contacted my bank and cancelled my card so they can't take any more money out of my account

I did not ring the number ph-618-348-6850 because I'm in Australia and I have no idea where that is from

Don't bother, the # isn't a legit #. It just goes to a weird beeping sound then hangs up on you.

Hello, my name is Katrina B..., I placed several orders yesterday on your web page. I want to cancel all of my orders, please refund me my money back into my banking account. If it’s not returned back into my account I will call the Better Business Bureau and it won't be any problem doing so.

    Thanks

Coleman portable hot tubs go for $300, I knew $9.90 was way too good to be true, so I decided to do a little research...Saw the above comment, this company also says they're Panet Focal...Needless to say, I would never order from them...

    wehearty.com/...

  • July 1, 2020 at 1:44 AM by an anonymous user from: Palm Desert, California, United States

I was just charged over 120 dollars from elcheer.com. The page says planetfocal. If I knew it was a scam I would never of used it. I had to cancel my credit card and get the fraud department to investigate them. This is such a pain in the behind. I ORDERED a printer that was suspposed to be 34.00 and it was not that price at all.

  • June 26, 2020 at 8:59 AM by an anonymous user from: Cape May, New Jersey, United States

    It’s a full blown scam

  • June 25, 2020 at 5:07 PM by an anonymous user from: Lake Wales, Florida, United States

Do not trust the following web sites either. wehearty.com, aoptimstore.com, Aoptimable.com

  • June 20, 2020 at 4:03 PM by an anonymous user from: Kansas City, Missouri, United States

We found a Clearance inflatable hot tub that sells in the neighborhood of $900. Imagine how happy we were to find the incredibly great sales price of $9.90. We should have known better! When they say “when something is too good to be true, it usually is.”

  • May 10, 2020 at 2:21 PM by an anonymous user from: Windsor, Connecticut, United States

Too good to be true. SCARFIV discount on a name brand dumbbell set back in early April, when dumbbells were sold out everywhere and gyms were closed - still the case. No confirmation of my purchase or delivery date. I emailed sevice@pellucidy.com and no reply. Charged my credit card under KissedEarth name. 6 weeks later and no product. It's a scam. Wish Facebook would spend more time policing this BS instead of shadow-banning Republicans.

    • August 10, 2020 at 4:17 AM by an anonymous user from: Montmorency, Victoria, Australia

Hence why Facebook is just as much a scam. They support criminals.

    • May 18, 2020 at 9:19 AM by an anonymous user from: Rutland, Vermont, United States

I don't understand their end game. The cc companies refund the charges upon dispute and I don't know who wouldn't dispute this charge. Seems like the Credit card companies would stop their merchant account. I couldn't agree with you more about Facebook policing and banning. I hope it all turned out well for you.

      • June 27, 2020 at 5:43 PM by an anonymous user from: Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada

Their goal is to get your credit card or banking information which they then sell to third parties. That's how they profit from it.

  • April 23, 2020 at 10:24 AM by an anonymous user from: Shelby, North Carolina, United States

I ordered from them a dealt drill set and after receiving no email confirmation I suspected it to be a scam, so I try to contact them and the numbers are no good; it's a scam, dont order, if you do, immediately cancel your credit card

    • April 27, 2020 at 6:39 PM by an anonymous user from: San Jose, California, United States

I also ordered from them a dealt drill set on April 24 and did not receive an email confirmation I suspected it to be a scam, so I tried to call their given number 618-348-6850 (Benton, IL)but this number is not available.sic! I opened their email contact 2 times, there are 2 different emails:

      jodiford1994@gmail.com/alvinmurphy82@gmail.com?

I emailed them by itsfloor.com but no reply. NEVER ORDER USING THIS WEBSITE, IT IS A SCAM. CALL IMMEDIATELY YOUR BANK TO CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD PAYMENT.

  • April 22, 2020 at 1:59 PM by an anonymous user from: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

2020-04-22(Ottawa, Canada). I ordered Dewalt tool set ($99.98) from Facebook Marketplace via 'GERI' site on itsfloor.com. Didn't receive email confirmation but credit card was charged right away for $146.22 CAD by www.47Brand.com Philadelphia PA.

After reading reviews on this site and others re 'ItsFloor.Com', I'm wasting no time and am calling credit card company right away to report as scam and hopefully get full refund.

DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS WEBSITE. IF IT'S TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE..IT USUALLY IS :(

    • August 10, 2020 at 4:24 AM by an anonymous user from: Montmorency, Victoria, Australia

Really, just the name itsfloor.com says scam. Would you order from imafool.com? If you can’t even call a seller before ordering then it’s got to be a scam. Next time establish seller name, address, company registration, reviews from trusted sources, before you order anything.

  • April 20, 2020 at 5:53 PM by an anonymous user from: Newcastle, Oklahoma, United States

I ordered from them Friday and money was debited from my account and still no email response.

  • April 11, 2020 at 3:13 PM by an anonymous user from: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States

I ordered from this website and got no confirmation email. When I check the website it says that my order is processing. I am calling my CC company to cancel the order and reporting this website as a scam and a rouse

    • April 20, 2020 at 5:51 PM by an anonymous user from: Newcastle, Oklahoma, United States

I ordered from this company, the site said Geri. I haven't received confirmation and money was taken from my account.

  • April 8, 2020 at 4:49 PM by an anonymous user from: Sycamore, Illinois, United States

This is for sure a scam that took my card and money. Your payment will go to kissedearth.com which you can not comment on or find. You will not get anything you order and when you order and push pay you won’t get a confirmation number or email. DO NOT USE this web

    • April 20, 2020 at 5:52 PM by an anonymous user from: Newcastle, Oklahoma, United States

I ordered through Facebook Market place and still no email and money taken from my account

  • April 6, 2020 at 1:57 PM by an anonymous user from: Central Islip, New York, United States

They are a complete ripoff, why they are allowed to advertised is a joke.
