I too ordered two pair of joggers, which have not arrived despite the tracking number saying they were delivered! I did receive three items in my one package, but am missing the second package with the two joggers, but FedEx says that the only package they have is the tracking number I have provided them, and that package was delivered. I have tried to contact Spelsey through the one and only email they provided, and I have not yet heard back. I am wondering what other recourse you took to resolve your issue.
