    I also bought something from this Website and it looked nothing like the item I had ordered, the return address did not exist so the goods came back to me, which cost me another £17.00. I did not get a refund and did not get any response from their customer services, I would not recommend anyone buying anything from this website.

    I ordered a shirt and when it arrived it was nothing like described. Other then the name label there was not one clue how to care for it or what the mystery material was. Definitely a waste of money.

    I ordered (#90976) leopard joggers over 2 months ago. You have made no contact with since May 12th when I was informed by email that my order was sent. That was over 1 month ago! Please refund my money since it is quite evident I probably won’t be receiving the pants. I would like someone to contact me ASAP. I am not just disappointed I am very upset regarding your company! My phone number is (239) 542-58... I await a return call with info regarding my purchase & how long it will take to get my money back!

      Hi! Have you heard back from them yet with a refund, or have you received your items? I too ordered two pair of joggers, which have not arrived despite the tracking number saying they were delivered! I did receive three items in my one package, but am missing the second package with the two joggers, but FedEx says that the only package they have is the tracking number I have provided them, and that package was delivered. I have tried to contact Spelsey through the one and only email they provided, and I have not yet heard back. I am wondering what other recourse you took to resolve your issue. Please let me know, so that I too can try to resolve my issue. Thank you so much!

    I’m in the process of trying to return a too small item. They only exchange. Why would I want to exchange when you can’t return? Beware!

    Do not order from Spelesy!

    It is a scam!

    Products are not at all good quality, it takes months to get your order and you can NOT return your product!

      I've had the same experience. They actually gave me an address to return the items and then refused them when they arrived. So no refund.

        I need to return an item that I didn't like but they won't answer my emails about a return address. Now you say they refused the package so I don't if I should even try returning or dispute the charge on my credit card.
