Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

    When I went to pay for me "Schwinn" bike at paypal it said:

    Your payment method will be charged when 平潭综合实验区中潭实业集团有限公司 completes your order.

    I canceled the order. Thanks for this posting!

    I knew I was screwed when I tried to call the phone number and it was disconnected. I have direct express but used paypal and I can't get ahold of paypal to cancel they say they hold the money for 10 days and it's running out fast.
