The links in the fake emails will take potential victims to fake and deceptive website at www.winalert.co.uk. The fake website was created by scammers and should never be visited, because it uses the grocery gift cards or shopping vouchers as bait, to lure potential victims to it in attempt to trick them into signing up for premium mobile phone services and other premium services that they will be charged for weekly. The Winalert WebsiteThe scammers use the following message to trick potential victims into visiting Winalert and sign up for the premium services:"Your Email Was Selected To Win a £500 TESCO GiftCard16+ only. Join the Tesco £500 voucher competition for £4.50 per week. By clicking confirm you agree to the terms and conditions."Remember, to tell if a Tesco coupon, gift card, voucher, or a promotion is authentic, click here to contact Tesco for information.
