They also say the customer is responsible for all customs duties, fees, and taxes. I found this out the hard way when I contacted customer service for the return instructions. They made sure to tell me that it takes a long time for return delivery, that I need to be patient, and my refund will be credited back to my card provided they deem the clothing to be received in the exact condition as mailed out. They did offer me a 15% refund to avoid the hassle of return shipping. 15%? Really? This company uses deceptive practices to lure in customers, then takes advantage of them when they try to return their poorly made, poorly f*****g clothing.
