The fake Royal Mail text is being sent by scammers who are attempting to trick recipients into clicking on a phishing link in it. The link goes to a fake or phishing Royal Mail website(rm-postalfees.co .uk) that steals personal and credit card information. Therefore, recipients are asked not to follow the instructions in it.
