Online Threat Alerts (OTA) - Alerting you to scams and frauds.
I received the "RM-Postal Fees" scam text message below. The fake Royal Mail text is being sent by scammers who are attempting to trick recipients into clicking on a phishing link in it. The link goes to a fake or phishing Royal Mail website(rm-postalfees.co .uk) that steals personal and credit card information. Therefore, recipients are asked not to follow the instructions in it.

HI I’ve just had this too. I deleted and blocked the contact. I didnt open the link. I am actually expecting a parcel but I know Royal Mail would not send a text worded like this.I hope the scammers get what’s coming to them.
