Bogus seller. They ship a package (most likely empty) to a manufacturer in your zip code, a place that has a dock with a person to receive it. That is their proof of delivery. They use UPS because UPS never reveal delivery address. They do show the weight, in this case 0.6 lbs. My item would have weighed a lot more than that. PayPal refused my disputed claim because of the proof of delivery. I have managed to appeal that through chat, and uploaded screen shots which I think prove it was not delivered to me: a shot of what the usual delivery to my address looks like, delivered to doo;; screenshot of Google Maps showing a house with no dock; screenshot of product checkout showing an item that obviously weighs far more than 0.6 lbs. Awaiting PayPal final decision, and if they are able to grasp my logic I should be under PayPal guarantee.
Paypal finally saw the logic in my argument, that they did not ship what they sold, and did not ship to me. Although they denied my dispute, I used message center to make my case. Finally the 4th agent who read my case decided for me and refunded.
they gave me a tracking number and showed it was delivered , but turns out to an address in Chicago
Company is a fraud. They showed that an item was delivered; but, I was at home during the delivery time posted and the UPS man never showed up at my house. They do not answer emails, they do not answer phone calls or return phone calls. They do not answer customer inquiries. Bogus sons of .....
I hope to get my money back I never received anything
Go to Paypal and open a message to explain your case. It took me four tries but finally got an agent who understood. The fraud depends on Paypal and UPS. They send a phony tracking number in your same zip code. UPS does not reveal delivery address, so go to their web site, give them your full address, and request an email stating it was not delivered to you. Present that to Payopal as proof you didn't get it.
