Nationwide Chemicals Scam - Multi-Purpose Concentrate Cleaner And Degreaser

I received two "Order Forms" from a Nationwide Chemicals showing a description of multi-purpose concentrate cleaner and degreaser pail qty 2 for $992.48. They are not our supplier for this item nor have we ever contacted them. I called to request further details and a woman on the phone stated this was a quote for a product we requested pricing on, but this is not true. I requested she remove our name from their directory and we are not interested in their products.

A friend of mine said he also received what looked to be an invoice for degreaser used for washing vehicles. The order form looked legit, but he has a PO system in place. There was no PO, not even a vendor like this in their system. Since he saw that it said 'Order' on the top of the form he reached out to his Maintenance department, who denied ordering. He tried calling the number, but only got an answering machine. He left his name and number, but have not heard back from them. It states on the bottom of the order to mail check to Nationwide Chemicals, making sure to reference the sales ID #.

These scammers are hoping many large corporations will receive the invoice and just pay.
