Is Xibachao a Scam? Review of the Computer Store

Xibachao located at is an untrustworthy online store. Xibachao is an exact duplicate of Colecomputers, another untrustworthy online computer store using the same telephone number and address as Xibachao. On the "About US" page of Xibachao, they claimed they were established in 2000 and located in Southern California as a premium online retailer of computer components, but their domain name ( was registered less than one year ago, in September 2020.

Xibachao claims to have an Android and Apple app, but the links to the so-called apps on their website do not work, they only go to the home page of Google Play and the Apple App Store. They also claim to have social media presence, but the links on their Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram do not work either.

    On the offchance that we've ordered a product from them,,,, what do we do? 0_0 I assume they would use the payment info we put in to order things for themselves, should I just call my bank?
