MSG: DebitCard Restricted! Ticket # NO: bf0ib. 1. The text was on my work cell; 2. I do not have a Wells Fargo debit card either personally or through work. 3. I've had this same number for many years so it wasn't a case of the person that they were trying to reach recently had this number.
