In the voice message, a lady said her name was Chloe with Student Support. She said that she wasn’t sure if I got the new notice or not about student loans, but that it’s very important that I contact her in regards to my student loan as I might be eligible for assistance in repaying. But, why would she refer to NSLSC as student assistance? NSLSC never calls, they send notices through the dashboard on our login. This seems to be a scam, beware. After I gave my DOB and email address, they sent me a code to my phone which I read back to them- THEN I started getting suspicious so I hung up. "Rose" called me back from 949-264-3681 but her voicemail said to call her back at 855-240-0556.
