Scammers are sending potential victims the Webroot Subscription scam email below. The fake email claims the recipients' annual subscription is expiring and they will be charged. It then claims recipients can call a bogus Webroot customer care service telephone number if they did authorise the transaction. But, calling the telephone will connect potential victims to the scammers behind the email scam.
