Like most of the stuff I got from China, it does not come with any instructions. The package only refers to an aroma therapy, no mention of ice removal at all. I looked before I ordered and there were no customer reviews available. I was really counting on this to work. Amazon should be ashamed to let products like this get by, but as they say, if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is.
