Attention Changes in the Bank Reports Malicious Email

If you receive the malicious e-mail message below, please delete it or report it as: junk, phishing scam. This message is being sent to thousands of persons (spamvertising) by scammers, to infect their computers with malicious programs. According to Webroot security, if you click on the link "NEW REGULATIONS.DOC 337Kb" in the e-mail message, you will expose your computer to malicious programs like viruses, Trojans and other malwares served by the Black Hole Exploit Kit.

According to the new rules of the Ministry of Finance, we should change the rules of record keeping on your bank account.

We ask you to familiarize yourself with the said rules.to confirm your agreement, print out the last sheet, sign it and send it back to us.

According to Wikipedia,  the Blackhole Exploit Kit is currently the most prevalent web threat, where 28% of all web threats detected by Sophos and 91% by AVG are due to this exploit kit.

Its purpose is to deliver a payload of viruses, Trojans and other malicious programs to a victim's computer. The creators of the kit are suspected to be famous Russian hackers named "HodLuM" and "Paunch".
