    Hi everyone, I'm the new owner of Hello-Moa store, apologies for any previous bad experience but you can try it again whenever you like, we won't disappoint you :-)

    I ordered steampunk leggings, and used the size chart on their site to make sure I would receive the correct size.

    But when the pants arrived they were the in correct size. I had taken a screen shot of the size chart, just incase.

    When I contacted Hello Moa to request for a refund or replacement, I sent them a picture of the pants with a measuring tape to prove the were too small. They told me I have received what I had ordered. I double checked the size chart and low and behold!

    They had it changed! But lucky for me I still had the screen shot of the previous one. They refused to acknowledge any wrong doing, so I got PayPal to get my money back, which they did thank goodness.

    Beware when buying off these guys!
