    I also have not received the vibe pen I got an email response there delayed on that item but still havent haven't received it or a reaponce that they shiped it.

    So I'm p*ssed.

    I will being going to my bank on this because theres no way to contact them on it or responce so I guess I will just do as others on here suggest go to my credit union and cancel the charge.


    Im really upset at this never recieved the item and they havent responded back to any other inquiries so im done im going to tell my credit union I hate disputing charges but since I never recieved my smartkip vibe acupunture pen im going to dispute it.


    I will give them the info and go from there.

    Anyways wish me good also good luck to the rest of you on this.

    Ordered electronic acupuncture device 12/13/19, never received... no response from several email attempts from bogus email address. Contacting bank to cancel/refund $$ if at all possible!

      I ordered the same item and also never got it. I believe they're scammers. I emailed them, tried calling but their numbers says it is out of service. After 4 weeks, I asked for a refund and they reaponded to say they have a strict 2 day cancellation policy. Are you kidding? You don't ship the items and don't allow refunds? They're a hoax! I ended up filing a dispute with my bank and got a refund.

    "I placed an order with SMARTKIP on September 10, 2019, and received an email that my order was received and they would contact me to let me know when they were going to be shipped. I have not heard anything from them nor have I received my items.
